Grate Boiler for Coal and Bagasse Combustion - 200 t/h, 9.3 MPa, 520 °C
Bartůněk, David ; Ryšavý, Milan (referee) ; Skála, Zdeněk (advisor)
The object of the thesis is to design a grate boiler for bagasse and brown coal combustion with a heat output of 160 MW. Calculations of a flue gas stoichiometry are based on known element analyses of each fuel. The crucial part of the thesis includes designs of heat-exchanging surfaces, where the bagasse is considered as the main fuel while the brown coal is the spare one. Overall thermal balance and an actual boiler efficiencies are provided in last chapters. The boiler-outlet flue gas temperature is compared with the dew point temperature at the very end of the thesis. As a part of the thesis there is a design of the boiler attached.
Grate Biomass Boiler
Fojtl, Martin ; Křemínský, Pavel (referee) ; Lisý, Martin (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with design of grate hot water boiler. Requirements for hot water are a temperature of 130 °C, and pressure of 20 bar. In this thesis stoichiometric calculations and heat loss based on chosen fuel are presented. The chosen fuel is wood chips. Next, calculations of the combustion chamber, and heat exchangers are included. In the end pressure losses of water and exhaust gases are calculated. A part of this thesis is also a technical drawing documentation, which can be found in the attachment.
Steam boiler for demolition wood
Mazal, Lubomir ; Skála, Zdeněk (advisor)
The threat of depletion of fossil fuels is the driving force to diversify energy sources in the Czech Republic respectively in the European Union but also worldwide. One of these potential sources are being biomass boilers. The construction of these boilers has expanded in recent years because of government support for the construction of clean energy sources. Whether it is a burning of clean biomass or just incorporation of biomass to fossil fuels, teh substitution of fossil fuels and biomass boilers are the ideal solution. Their major advantages include significant reductions in emissions, mainly sulfur compounds, organic closure of the cycle of CO2 and disposal costs of spent residue.
Design of steam generator tube bundle
Klíma, Martin ; Lošák, Pavel (referee) ; Nekvasil, Richard (advisor)
Diploma thesis is focused on analisis of the steam generator tube bundle on the basis calculation by the finite elements method and softwaru ANSYS. Next it will also také account of job descriptions and methods of operation of the equipment propřed plan revision kontrol points that will be most critical. Annexes included documentary of model from the SolidWorks.
